The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to bScora. bScora operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). bScora is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services. An order is not considered fully accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 15 minutes after the order is placed. After this cancellation window, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled because processing or fulfillment may have already begun.
If we cancel or materially change an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, or phone number provided with your order.
Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible items may be requested for return within 14 days after delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in that policy.
Purchases are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

bScora is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related Services.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly with bScora. Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from bScora and, except where otherwise required by applicable law or Shopify’s own terms, bScora is responsible for its products, customer service, returns, refunds, and order-related matters.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to modify the terms that separately govern your use of Shopify services where applicable.
