The short version

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Please read this before you order

Personal care and beauty products are not returnable once opened. This is standard for skincare and it is a hygiene rule rather than a technicality. If you are unsure whether a product suits your skin, email us first and we will help you choose.

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within the 14-day window.

How to start a return

Email concierge@bscora.com before sending anything back. We will approve the return and give you the address. Parcels sent back without an approved return cannot be accepted.

Who pays return shipping

You do, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Damaged or wrong item

Check your order when it arrives and email us immediately with a photo. We will make it right.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
